Mission Statement

  • Comply with all Illinois State statutes regarding assessment policy and procedure.
  • Identify all parcels in the Township and assess them per State statute.
  • Post all assessments at 1/3 of Fair Market Value, and keep all assessments fair & equitable.
  • Welcome all citizen inquiries professionally and courteously and assist property owners in understanding the assessment process.
