2023 General Reassessment Year
Our books are closed on the 2023 General Reassessment Year.
DuPage County's publication date for all of our 2023 assessment changes in the Addison Suburban Life and Carol Stream Suburban Life newspapers (and the date for the mailing of all notices of reassessmen) is December 1, 2023.
As always, we encourage you to contact our office with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your 2023 assessment.
The County's December 1, 2023 publication date of our 2023 assessment changes will also commence the 30-day 2023 assessment appeal filling period with the DuPage County Board of Review.
The deadline to file an appeal of your 2023 Assessment with the DuPage County Board of Review is January 2, 2024.
